Backupexec 2012 new upgrade

I have just gone through an upgrade to backupexec 2012.  On the final reboot, my file server can no longer see my network.  Something in the final reboot has disabled my ability to login to my domain.  Has anyone seen this happen?  I thought my evening was going to be spent learning how to set up a backup job but instead I need to figure out how to get the server back on the network.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks Kathy

    Do you have any errors in event viewer? Does the network card is enable ?

    ...is this server perhaps a VM? Is the vNIC still attached to the server? Also, if there is a firewall on the server, check to see if it isn't blocking access to the network.
