BackupExec 21 and Exchange 2013

I'm having trouble getting backups for Exchange 2013 (CU23) running.  Using trial version of BE21.

The first issue that I cannot seem to get passed is BE is failing the credentials tests on my information stores.  I have two stores.  They are not in a DAG.  Using the system logon account (administrator).  Administrator does have a mailbox.

Any and all pointers would be very helpful.  Thank you!
