BackupExec 23.0 not loading tapes to another drive

We are using BackupExec 23.0 and a IBM Tape Library with 2 drives.

It works fine with one drive, but tapes are not loading to another drive now. It worked before.

We can find bother drive in BackupExec 23.0, and the status of the drive not loading tapes is Active.

Both drives are in the Windows Device Manager.

The drive status in GUI of the IBM Tape Library are good too.

What the issue could be?

    Off-hand, I can think of these reasons

    1) the tapes are not compatible.  For example, the tapes are LTO5 and the tape drive is LTO6 so it cannot write to the tapes.

    2) the jobs are targeted to a specific drive and not to the tape library.

      The drive worked fine before. It is an LTO6 drive, and all the tapes in the tape library are LTO6 tapes. The jobs are also targeted to the library, not a specific drive.

      Are there any other possible causes? Thanks.
