BackupEXEC catalogs

Just trying to complete multiply restores and receive the same message evertime. I am assuming that my catalogs have become corrupted. I was looking at the following support article:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH125961&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1288793038277

It references tape, but with all our data is is stored / saved to a B2D folder on a iSCSI source. To re-create would I still follow these instructions?
