Barcode scanning....

 I'm having an issue with some of the barcodes not being scanned....if I put in a handful of tapes, some of them will show up and some of them will not. The ones that do not show up will get a default media label name. Anyone ever seen this?

    What kind of library are you using ?

    With most libraries, you can connect to it via your browser. Can you see the barcodes then fine ?

    ...are the labels put on correctly? If they aren't put on properly, they don't get read correctly by the scanner...
