BE 12.5 rev 1364 - need to revise to rev 2213

I have a BE 12.5 installation at rev 1364. I need to revise this version to 2213 so I can update the agents for 2008 R2. I cannot find this patch. I would appreciate some help in solving this.

    As far as i can remember, BE 12.5 was released at rev 2213. It was BE 12.0 at revision 1364. So, first you would require upgrade to BE 12.5, which is a new license. So, you need to download the installable for BE 12.5 and then use new licenses to get this installed. Please note that all the agents would also need to be upgraded, in terms of lincense and installables. And finally, you should apply SP2 using liveupdate, once BE 12.5 is installed. After SP2, you would be able to apply the patch required for support of remote agent on Windows 2008 R2.

    You would need to upgrade to BE 12.5 SP2.  Use LiveUpdate to upgrade your BE.  Go to Tools --> LiveUpdate.

    Thanks for your help and you are quite correct, I am only at v12.0. I have the 2213 version. Will I be able to install/upgrade inplace from 12.0 to 12.5?

    Yes, it is an in place upgrade to BE 12.5, but you would require new licenses for BE 12.5 to do the same for all agents and options. The in place upgrade would simply upgrade existing database and catalogs.
