BE 20.4 / Server 2019 / Restore without admin-rights fails

Hi,

we did a test restore of a windows 10 vm, which is hosted on a server 2019 Hyper-V.
The first tests resulted "successful", but with only 372 bytes. No vhdx and other files were restored.
No errors inside the log.

I then restarted BE explicitly as administrator and the restore worked.

All other restores were good, except this vm.
The restores of virtual servers hosted on another server 2008R2 Hyper-V had not that issue.
Just the restore of the windows 10 vm on the server 2019 must be restored in BE admin-contect.

But why? I never encountered this behaviour.
