BE 2010 R2: Creating Jobs from Copied Policies

Hi,

My question should be fairly simple I imagine.  I originally created a Policy to backup a single server to our SAN, with Full and Differential templates, and a template Rule that if a conflict occurs, to Start the Differential after the Full is finished.  I believe this then created the Jobs that go with the templates...can't quite remember?

Now I've copied that Policy to the same media server as I am looking to backup the same thing to a different media type (Exagrid Disk Appliance).  I modify the copied policy to account for this.  This did not create the jobs automatically like I thought it would.  Do I manually have to create these jobs, or will the new, copied policy create them upon first run?  I don't see anything in the job monitor as an upcoming job, obviously.

But maybe there's a better way to backup the same job to different appliances (SAN and NAS)?  Any insight would be appreciated.
