BE 2012 WAN Dedup Job won´t work, media is loading...

Hallo,

My enviroment:

Caso Server with Dedup folder an B2D folders
Managed Media Server with B2D folders

 

I have a problem. I will copy a backup set from a backup to disk folder on MMS to my Dedup folder across the wan. The Dedup folder is on my CASO Server. It´s shared on the CASO Server an the Managed Media Server can access the dedup folder (GUI says it :-))

The job starts but nothing will happen, shows "Media is loading" for hours...

Now i opened the BE 2012 Console on the MMS i on the Properties Tab of the shared Dedup folder i get the message that the system login account cannot be used to access the dedup folder. I think this is my problem....but i cannot change the credentials, everythink is grey. On my Caso Server the right credentials for dedup folder are shown.

Any Ideas???

    Hallo,

    the first post was not corect, no one can access the dedupe folder now. :.-( I´ll try to reboot all of the machines

    After rebooting eveerything is fine. Backup Exec 2012 is not my best freind at this time. Everyday something occurs, very annoying :-(  I hope SP2 will be better!
