BE 2014 Can Backup Mailbox by user Exchange server 2013
I use trial version of BE 2014. Need to backup exchange serve 2013 have DAG for Mailbox1 and Mailbox2 . But i try to create job on DAG and select Database of exchange cannot see the mailbox of user but see the mail databse only

No...you're talking about a brick-level backup of Exchange where you can select which get included in the backup. Brick-level backups were stopped with with Exchange 2007.
What you're seeing is correct...BE will only backup the entire Information Store, but allow you to restore individual items or mailboxes.
