BE1142.1644R000128051_x64bit.exe fails, requiring Hotfix 1632RS

Question

LiveUpdate fails citing 1644 patch. Downloaded BE1142.1644R000128051_x64bit.exe, but THAT fails with, "The following patches need to be installed before this patch can successfully continue: HotFix 1632RS"

Trouble is, HF 1632RS is not Googlable of findable on Veritas site.

Note that the license I have does not allow phone support. System seems to work, but this problem needs to be resolved.

Symantec Live Update is no longer supported with Veritas Products , see : https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100041552

BE 16 hotfixes are cumulative. The post hotfix are depended on BE 16 FP2 <= Makre sure FP2 is installed first. You can download it from articles 100019916 below.
