I'm running some manual disk-to-tape duplication jobs, but I don't see the option "do not run verify" on the duplicate settings. ¿Is there any way to avoid verification process from duplicate job? (Yes, yes, I know... "Symantec recommends verification...").

Yes you can but it is global for all Duplicate to Tape jobs. You could go to Configuration and Settings -> Job Defaults -> Duplicate to Tape
You cant do it only for a 1 manual duplicate jobs from the job properties
You cannot uncheck Verify if you are duplicating the backup set manually.
You can however, uncheck Verify if you Add a Stage in the existing backup.
