I want to to restore a specific file using Submit-BEFileSystemRestoreJob. File was backed up several years ago, so there isn't job history for it. Is it possible to restore job history, or restore specific file without job history?
There is no way to restore a job history once it is gone, so I guess you can't use Submit-BEFileSystemRestoreJob. You can restore the file using the GUI.

Yes, I can easily restore the file using the GUI but I need to do it using the CLI to automate the tasks. Perhaps, is there another way?
Retain your job history long enough for you to do the restore..
