BEUtility won't open

I have logged into my media server with local admin rights and launched the BEUtility. All of the utilities I attempt (Dump database, drop database, check indices etc) fail.

So, I am wondering if I instead should be opening BEUtility as the account that is used to run the BExec Services?

I will say that I have already tried this by 'Running as different user' and interestingly, I get an error that says "Error launching application. The requested operation requires elevation" (See attached screenshot)
