    Hi,

    This happens with several reasons like credential / host resolve / support compatibility

    # What is the server O/S version and bit

    # What is the server role ?

    # Try nslookup for 192.168.0.17

    # See if it can resolve the host and fqdn

    # If not add hot entry in /drivers/etc/host

    # Also checfk if the firewall and AV is turned off

    # Telnet port 10000 and check both way communication

    # Check if agent is running in remote server.
