Cannot backup Oracle RAC

Hi

I have Backup Exec 16 and I tried to backup Oracle RAC but I couldn't find the Oracle database available as a selection. I can see the database in the server detailes but not in the backup selection part.

I followed this article to configure Backup Exec agent for Oracle

I checked the compatability for Oracle and the last sported version with backup exec 16 is Oracle 12c R1

and the servers running Oracle 12c R2.

Is there any solution ???

    I don't know if we have certified 12c R2 yet, it may still be in the testing phase.  But what licenses do you have installed?  This might be limiting what you are seeing with the server.

      We have licence for 5 application servers but we installed the agent over 8 servers all of them have database but we only need to configure 5 servers with application databases and all the 8 servers with file system backup
