Cannot establish a network connection with server

I'm trying to perform a backup in a server where i've just installed the Windows Agent, but it shows me a message saying that BE cannot establish a network connection with the server.
I also disable the antivirus, firewall and checked the DNS and IP response.

Does anybody know how to fix it?

    Try to ping both the server's from each other(from media server to remote and from reote to media), also try with FQDN.

      try to add the hostname et ip@ of master server in 

      C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (run as administator)

      x.x.x.x   server_name

      -restart the netbackup client service
