cannot input key and still license trial
Dear,
i have some problem with symantec backup exec 2012 install in windows server 2008, can't input license key.
if i input license key occur information " this trial copy Symantec Backup Exec has enabled many options that must be purchase as separate items and are Not include as part of symantec backup exec"
and license still trial or no license.
whereas, this key expired 9 february, 2015.
can you help me? i can't solve this problem with license.
From your screenshot, you have entered a maintenance licence. You need to enter the actual product licences. If you do not have the product licences, contact the Symantec Licencing Department to get them.
