Cannot update Maintenance License on BE dashboard

Question

Hello,I renewed maintenance contract and installed License file which is generated on myVeritas.&nbsp;On&nbsp;Dashboard it shows still maintenance contract is 0 days. I tried to install license again but it says "The Entitlement ID that you entered is already registed."Yes, I did restartting BE16, removed old license from Windows folder then&nbsp;install newer License file, but BE says somehow "The Entitlement ID is invalid". What is BE saying ???I need your ideas else....Thank you.

Can you remove the license fileand re-add it? Refer to&nbsp;https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100027198 on how to remove the slf files. Once done run the install wizard and add the slf file(s).&nbsp;
