  • Hi everyone,

Thanks for the help that everyone provide, the problem was that some process from Mcafee was bloking the install, i stoped the processes when i tryed, also stop the services, but didnt work, then I uninstalled the client for Mcafee and run the local install on the server and worked just fine, also did the same thing for another server using push install and also work well.

thanks for all your help solving this issue

  • When you copy the RAWS folder to the Remote server right click on the .exe and run as an Administrator

also stop any antivirus that is running then run the install

  • Hi , manol4ik

It sounds like a permission issue. As suggested before , please try to run the program as an administrator. If possible , try to login as a local admin on remote machine and then try the install. Even though the account might have local admin group privilages , logging in as a local admin explicitely makes a difference.

  • i will try the issue with the antivirus, on that server its installed mcafee, so it might be blocking something, but i must recall that on the server the client was installed, I just want to reinstall the client.

    Thanks for the help

  • Hi everyone!

I tryed the steps that where given in the previus comment with no success i got the following message:

failed to create remote process VxPushRA\RAWSX64\strpimon.exe with error code 1603  (when im trying to install via push)

and when the installation goes from the client it goes to a moment when the script do a rollback

    thanks for the help

  • Don't push out your agent.  As suggested previously, copy the RAWS directory to the remote server and then install the agent from there.

  • Hi Sameer,

You know that I have the problem trying to install any BE client on the network

    Thanks

  • Hi manol4ik , As suggested before , while installing it locally , did you try to login as a local admin account. Again , this has resolved issues when you are logged in as a local administrator account [ not the account that has local admin privilages , but the local admin itself ] . Please let us know the status of this installation using local admin account and collect event log from specific time accordingly.
