Can't Update Backup Exec 15 from Feature Pack 4 to 5 with Live Update

Hey guys,

is it not possible to install the Feature Pack 5 with the Live Update tool from Backup Exec? Should I use the .EXE from this link:

https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH100816  ?

What is to observe ?

    As per our current policies  - we release updates for manual download at least 2 weeks prior to making the same update available via Live Update but do remove any previous FPs from LiveUpdate immediately so that you don't insyall an older update by accident.

     

    As such if you need FP5 you will have to get it from that article until it is made available on LiveUpdate in a couple of weeks.
