Chinese and other weird charcter in Job activity on restore job

HiI try to do a redriect restor of mail box on exchange server and the job rate go to 0 MB/min. In the job activity I can se under current file chinese and other weird charcter&nbsp;before the mail message.See the screen dump&nbsp;/Matts&nbsp;
