"Communication stalled" error messages.

Hi!

I got problems to run catalog in Symantec Backup Exec 12. When i do this the job engine stops och and i get error message "communication stalled". And on the other side i have CA ArcServe Backup installed on the same server as well and it runs like a charm (the different backupsoftwares services are not running att the same time).

When i'm running the Enviroment Check, it passes but i got this. Is this good?

    Hello,

    Go to the Devices TAB-->Right Click on the Server name-->Paused...wait for 5 to 10 seconds...right Click again and Unpause it...

    Hello,

    Check the Drivers and make sure that you are using Symantec Drivers and the Medium Changer must have Microsoft Drivers (Unknown Medium changer)

    I hope CA ArcServer services are stopped at the time of Backups with Backup Exec

    Hello,

    Go to Device Manager, right click on the TAPE Drive and go to properties...You will see the TAPE Drivers...
