Connection to support server BE 2010

Hi all , 

I m trying to setting up an account to login to the support server BE2010 and i m wondering if the account must have admin rights or it can be done without these privilege , the best is that account have just the necessary rights to start the service without been and administrator ( in local machine or in a domain) .

can any one tel me about the rights required for the account to start BE2010 services ?
