Support Number
Techinal Case ID ......
where to you find these???? I tried lots of combs for my licensing keys

Have you phoned support or are you trying to do it via the web? As if you speak to someone they may be able to help you locate the information.
They never ask the phone....then it goes to wrong dept must be a BT system
