CPS 12.5 and BackupExec 11.5D question

I was just wondering if I can run CPS 12.5 with BackupExec 11.5. Thanks everyone.

Backup Exec and Backup Exec Continious Protection Server are two different software.
Install CPS 12.5 on a different machine and not on Backup Exec 11d Media Server. - If the machine meets hardware requirements. and As Dev said these are two different pieces of software so can be installed and co-exist together. however make sure that while runnig a replication from CPS you do not triger any backup. which may result in backup failure or performance hit .
