Hello, I wanted to change the label, and when I did, all the data on the tape got erased. Now I want to recover it. Does anyone have a solution?

Changing the label shouldn't erase data, but it seems something went wrong. You can try using data recovery software for tape drives. If the data is critical, consider professional data recovery services.
