Debug Log

Hi,

We having an issue with one of our servers 2012 R2 with Hyper-v agent and BE 20. In past 2 weeks the C drive get full, we did check the files and it looks like that 100 GB log files get created in c\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS\logs

I did check the registry of the probelamtic server and it looks like that this key CreateDebugLog has value of 1.

we did remved this key 3 times and reboot the server, but it come back and the C drive get fulled

any suggestion on how to disable this? we have this server for past 5 years and never this issue.

       I dont understand who telling to the BE agent to create debug files?? this is not enabled on the BE 20
