deduplication storage issue

Hi all,

 

I am having the following problem.

My deduplication storage needs to be expanded. It is 7.12TB in total and right now is under ythe low disk space threshold.

But there are overwritable media in the dedupe folder (i can see from Devices-Deduplication storage). But i still receive the message that the OpenStorage device is out of free space.

Please help this is urgent. I created a support ticket, but I have not received any feedback. What are my options here?

    If you are using a dedup folder, you can force the garbage collection using the procedure in this document http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH129151
