Desktop/Laptop option not accessible

Question

Hi,When I click on Tools/Desktop and Laptop option, BEWS attempts to start the DLO console. The DLO console opening screen says "not connected" and I am prompted for a server to connect to. The "connect to" box is blank, and the name or IP of the BEWS media server does not resolve. Clearly I have missed something in the install process. Can anyone tell me what?
