Duplicate to Tape job runs despite the parent job failing - Functionality lost from BEWS 2010

In Backup Exec 2010 you were able to insert job logic that would only process a duplicate to tape job if the parent job was successful. i.e. If the parent job failed you had an opportunity to investigate the failure and then rerun the job. At the moment, if the parent job fails, then you are duplicating potentially useless data to tape. This can cause tape capacity problems, as you can't partially delete data that is useless from a tape, if that tape contains other valid duplicated data from another job.
