Duplicate VM backups

getting msg from my weekly vm duplicate backups 'Source backup set had completed with the following error/exceptions

v-79-57344-33298 - library error - invalid element address

have already brought a FW & drives up to current versions as well as HW firware. SCSI id's are correct.

this only occurs on the VM backups, not on other backups (physical).

    thanks but this is not the solution

    the error is 'invalid element address'

    after a lot a digging I have a solution although not one that i'm ready to implement

    the data dumps for the product are sucessful; this error is a by product of communication between the library and the software.

    I will close this but not as a solution
