Error 0xe000fed1 V-79-57344-65233 and version number of Backup Exec 2014

Question

1) On the About menu, the dialog box shows Backup Exec 2014, Server/Admin Console V14.1 Rev 1786 (64-bit). How do I know if it has service pack 2 installed or not?

2) We have a backup job that reported Final error 0xe000fed1 status, and a bunch of errors such as V-79-57344=65233 . The C drive has 218Gb freespace. If we dont choose the Advanced Open File "Use snapshot technology" the system is backedup successfully. There is no MS Exchange on this server. I dont think there is insufficient free space on C drive. So, why is there an error if "Use snapshot technology" is chosen?
