Error: "Failed to delete the user data folder"

Hi!

We are using Backup Exec 11d and have a problem with DLO.

I want to delete a user in order to create a fresh one with the same name, but the problem is that i can't delete the user. I get the error: "Failed to delete the user data folder". Allthough, i've checked this folder and it's empty. I can remove it manually but still get the same error and the folder gets recreated. If i move the user data folder to another location i still get the same error.

Any suggestions to what i should do to get rid of this user?
