error restore VM

hello i want to ask i have succesfully backup my virtual machine ,but when i try to restore my vm the backup exec give me error like this

Final error: 0xe000957e - Unable to create the new virtual machine.

Final error category: Resource Errors

how can i fix that? please help me.

1) Is the targeted host licenced for the hypervisor agent?

2) Are you restoring the VM as the same name or are you resurrecting it to another name?

Is BE 2014 updated with SP2 ?

Are you restoring to the same host or a different host ?

What errors are logged on the virtual host ?
