Exchange 2003 9656 Error Message

Hi all,

 

after upgrading his Backup Exec Server to 11D our Customer receives an Error Message on the Exchange Server that the Limit for "objtMessage" has exceed. A Maximum of 1280 is allowed.

 

This Failure only occures on Archived Mailboxes when doing a Brick Level Backup.

 

Anyone has an Idea what to do?

 

The first Informations i found, is that we can increase the Limit on the Exchange Server (maybe can make the Exchange unstable) or reduce the time of the MAPI Sessions form the Archive Server (i found a information that Standard is 3 Day´s).
