Any one can help me this problem?

many thanks,

  • If you have enabled AOF, disable it.

You should also disable any AV on the Exchange server.

  • In addition to the above, ensure the Exchange backups doesn't coincide with the Exchange maintenance schedule.

  • Sorry, I'm not expert in Exchange.

What is the mean of AOF and AV?

    Can you detail?

  • AOF refers to Advanced Open File. Edit the backup job properties & you would see this option on the left side.

    AV refers to AntiVirus.

  • To turn off AOF, edit your job and uncheck the option circled in red.

If you are running any anti-virus software on your Exchange server, turn it off.
