I have recently setup a DAG on my Exchange 2016, running on Widnwso Server 2016. Using Backup Exec 16
I have selected the DAG in Backup Exec and are making a backup there of my two databases (one for mailbox and one for archive).
Question:
Do I have to backup Log files on both Exchange servers to get the log files flushed? Or only on one server?

you have to create two separate backup jobs. and make sure the remote agent is installed on all your exchange servers.
1 for the system state of your exchange server(s)
1 for your exchange db's, this job must be created on your servername preceeded by your exchange icon.
once this last job runs succesfull you will see that the logs are flushed.
So I have to make:
1) Backup job containing the DAG databases. The log files directories of all DAG member servers.
2) Backup job containing System Directories.
