Exchange sever Mailbox backup error

I'm running veritas 8.6 on one of our Exchangeserver. Cannot backup an individual mailbox, comes up with an error directory not found. its content's log print is as follows

Backing up this mailbox is very much important.

  • What version of exchange server are you running and on what server ?
    Make sure that the user account mapped with mailbox dilipdabrai exists in your AD.

  • Hi Mark,

    That's what has happened. The person who is the owner of the above mentioned mailbox resigned from the business few days back and one of our executive IT guy has deleted his user ID on management's urgent request. Thanks for your quick reply.
