Failed to create remote process VxPushRA\RAWSX64\strpimon.exe with error code 183

This is a windows server 2008 x64 that runs our sql 2008 databases. When ever I try to update the BE remote agent from within backup exec I receive the "Failed to create remote process VxPushRA\RAWSX64\strpimon.exe with error code 183" error. I went ahead and uninstalled the agent from the remote server locally and tried copying the msxml and rawsx64 files that way to install. Wierdly, when i go to command prompt to start the install, the only thing that seems to happen  is windows explorer opens up to c:\windows\system32\setup.

Backup exec 2010 R3 13.5204 with all current hotfix's applied.

    Have you tried to run the setup.exe from the RAWSx64 folder on the remote server?

    Have you tried rebooting the problem remote server before trying to re-install the RAWS.
