Favorite Resources is empty

Question

Hi All
I have Backup Exec 2010 with latest Service pack which is installed on Server and agents.
but after opening the Selection List backup Exec doesn't show agents which are installed.
I right Click on Favorite Resources and i click on Add Windows System and i choose an account which has all the requirements of the backup Exec.
but again iy doesn't show favorite resources.
It shows&nbsp; it has been added successfuly!
but all the backup job which i have configured for the agents are running and they finishes successfully.
Can you please help me to reolve the issue?

Is it BE2010 or BE2010 R3 ?

This issure is fixed in Backup Exec 2010 R3 Revision 5204 Hotfix 161270

Is the Backup exec agent browser service runing on the media server ?
On the remote server make sure the Punlishing is enable . refer

Note from the follow-up comments that&nbsp;Hotfix&nbsp;161270&nbsp;will not solve this problem.

Yes Pkh is right as after installing sp2 for BE2010 R3 server are disappered from selection list which is known issue so if you also have installed sp2 and then above patch released after sp2 should resolve this issue.
