Final error: 0xa000943b - The database file list could not be queried.

Dear Support,

Since i have installed Hotfix 126144 on 30-05-2017, i started receiving the following error on one of the servers that has database.

Final error: 0xa000943b - The database file list could not be queried. Backup with snapshot technology is not possible. The database may be offline, restoring, or not configured for read access.
Final error category: Other Errors

Kindly assist on this issue.
