Get CPU counter failed. Error code: 0xc0000bc6

Hi

I got this error from Symantec BackupExec 2010 Debug log.

W3WP:     [03/16/11 11:18:38] [0000]     [11b0] 03/16 11:18:38 [4408:4528] Get CPU counter failed. Error code: 0xc0000bc6
W3WP:     [03/16/11 11:18:38] [0000]     [11b0] 03/16 11:18:38 [4408:4528] Get memory counter failed. Error code: 0xc0000bc6
 

It logged every 30sec and data rate was very very low 15MB/min compare to 2000MB/min previously. Can someone help to answer me with this query?

I am making an backup for a VM(linux) with VRTSarlus agent installed.

Help needed.

    I'd check the hardware of the server that's running Linux. Whatever is going on there is affecting your backup speeds.

    So if a branded-server (like HP/Dell/IBM etc), get hold of their diagnostic tools and check for any current hardware failures, or if any hardware is in a prefailure state.

    thank you for your post reply. Had this error code "Get CPU counter failed. Error code: 0xc0000bc6" mean a hardware failure could occur? or is it a connection or SAN issue?

    ...I'd start by checking out that server's hardware health first...
