Hard disk switches to Read-Only Operations

Hey Guys

I'm having an issue with Backup Exec 20.5 running on Windows Server 2012 R2. We're using 4 external Drives that are connected over USB directly on the server itself that are getting replaced once every week. Recently the connected drives are set to "Limited to read-only operations". I'm able to normally run the backup after setting it to "no" and run the backups normally.

The setting "limiting backup exec to read-only operations after 14 days" is already disabled, The Phone support also wasn't able to help me.

Are there any other settings I could check?
