Help, backup exec agent will not install (push or manual)

Question

Hello, I am trying to install backup exec agent to enable backups of some domain controllers but the install will not work. I have tried Push method which shows as successful but Backup Exec will not establish connection or Trust with the server (Backup Exec tried connecting to the server xxx unsuccessfully. You must connect to the server manually..."

Manual install method also fails, running setup.exe from the Rawx64 directory (copied to local servers) and then running setup.exe /RAWSX64: /S: /ADVRT:<backup exec server name>

It fails almost right away, here is log:

Even running install manually (setup.exe on its own) produces same error...

You have Terminal Services enabled which is why your installation failed.
You need to either disable Terminal Services or install the remote agent locally using the procedure to install programs when Terminal Services are enabled.

Hi, yes I did read somewhere that this could cause a problem and to try mstsc.exe /console instead, which I did but still fails...

I've done lots of research, I couldn't find much info about this...I also was unable to find any info about this error in the install guides.I have a local site contact who can log onto the physical server and try the install, but this won't help me with the other servers in other sites/countries...We also do not have ILO available...Is there a reason the Push method fails?&nbsp; There is no firewall rule or port blocking done that I'm aware of...

I thought I would also note that this server (and all the other ones I'm trying to add) have Commvault comcell installed, some of their data is being backed up over the WAN by commvault, but its very slow, hence why I want to try backup the local C: and registry using Backup Exec.&nbsp; I tried stopping the commvault services before the install but it still fails with the same error...Is it possible Commvault agent and the Backup Exec agent can not co-exist?
