How to avoid BackupErrors when You mail boks is open

How to avoid BackupErrors when You mail box is open

I have a back up problem,
when somebody forgot to close MS Outlook i got this error...

Backup - \\servername\C:
WARNING: "\\servername\C:\postboks\username\outlook.pst" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

Verify - \\servername\C:
WARNING: "outlook.pst" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

and this same happend if you got MS Word and likely programs open..
any ide'as

    You might use the AOFO option to backup files which are in use. Keep in mind that the best way to backup files is when no one is using them.

    Hello,

    Do you have the Advanced Open File option installed on the machine? You could backup the open .pst files with this option!

    AOFO should be installed on the server win2k3 with BackupExec v. 9.1, but i'm not sure,

    how do i check this out ?
