How to get Backup exec 2014 installer ?

hello.

I have a problem regarding how to get Symantec Backup exec 2014 installer.

I bought symantec backup exec 2014 in 2015-Jan through partner company. but, this is not boxed product.

That time, I get lisence certification(from Symantec) & lisence file(slf file).

And I got installer of backup exec 2014 via download link that I recieved through partner company.

Now but, I can't get the installer.

Where can I get the installer now that backup exec 2014 has been transferred from Symantec to veritas?

I can't download the installer via my Veritas support account that I create. download funtion is not activation.

I need your help.
