How to restore an outlook 2007 address book from backup using Symantec Backup Exec 2010

This is probably more an Outlook question but what the hey! 

I have no idea what file I need select in the restore job to restore an Outlook 2007 address book.

any help or links appreciated

    Just be aware that when restoring either the entire IS, or individual items, BE will automatically stage the IS to disk temporarily while doing the restore. THe default location is C:\Temp, so you need as much space free as the IS is big!

    If you don't have enough space, you can go to Tools --> Options --> Exchange and make the change to another drive with enough disk space.

    If your restore fails, consider staging to disk manually yourself. Once on disk, it becomes a lot faster to restar the process if you need to. If you don't know how too, check the link below and read up on how to do it...

  • When you go to the restore selection list , Expand to the mailbox for which u need to restore ,expand top of information store , under this you should see the information you want to restore .
