wenn ich die Identifikationsdaten des Exchange Server überprüfe, sehe ich unter dem Information Store immer noch alte Datenbanken die schon lange gelöscht wurden.
Wie kann ich diese aus der Ansicht löschen?

You can try deselecting the DBs and then reselecting them.
Otherwise try a repair of the BEDB using BEutility.exe to clear out any issues.

I have the DB deselected and added new and I have repaired the database.
Unfortunately both were unsuccessful
...is this perhaps in a restore list?

...if you try do a restore, is this where you see the old Information Stores?

When I try a recovery, I can only see the new Exchange databases
