I am trying to install BE2012 on win2008. WHen I run browser.exe from the setup I have extracted from ISO file it runs for a while and gives the error. I am attaching screenshot.

It could be a corrupted installation DVD. Try downloading it again.
To add to the above post, disable AV and then download BE2012 ISO.
verify if the .net is installed in 2008. as its a feature that needs to be turned on.
if instlaled turn of reboot and turn on the feature.
sorry for the late response. I was busy. but thank you very much I did the reinstallation of .net and now the error message is went away.
